Shipping & Pickup Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of your order. The processing time is how long it takes me to make and prepare your order and is different from the shipping speed.

Orders can be "rush processed" in 1-2 days versus the standard 7-10 days by purchasing the link that says "RUSH MY ORDER FEE". You will still need to choose the appropriate shipping method and speed at checkout.

For Pickup Orders: You will receive either an email and/or text message to arrange a pickup date, time and location (in the Covington, GA area).

If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you to pick up your order, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus a 50% restocking fee. Seasonal items can not and will not be restocked or refunded.

For Shipping Orders: Free shipping on orders over $75. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order and your selection at checkout. International orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS and the BUYER is responsible for paying any import fees or taxes to the delivery service.

Prices are calculated based on the weight of your order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is prepared to ship. Please note that the order does not always ship on the exact same day that you receive the shipping email confirmation. You can use the tracking information from the email to track your order.
Orders only ship on Monday through Thursday of each week and still follow the 7-10 business day processing guidelines. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
